When I lived on Maui, the military was still bombing Kahoolawe. I still remember one of their arguments for the continued use (misuse) of the island, was bombing the land in some ways could be considered not much different than a farmer plowing his field.

So you may be right Rob, if Alaska Aerospace offers up claims of missile launches as agricultural use, it won’t be too far off the mark of previous explanations for airborne agriculture with which we’ve been presented.
