Launchpad for rockets: bad.
The booking log listed no arrests on fireworks-related charges... apparently fireworks in Puna don't count towards the "official" incident log.

If Alaska Aerospace could schedule a full slate of rocket launches twice a year, a few days either side of a New Years & the 4th of July, would anyone even notice? If they did and called in a complaint, would the police bother with a response?
