The state funded the dlnr 2.7 million to help the staff on the Mauna help to circumvent any possible civil disobedience on the Mauna in case this may happen with the restart of the building of TMT. Was in the news shortlyq after the new that the state sup court had found for dlnr and TMT.

So now the enforcement monies aee ripe for tje spending should any civil disobedience be observed happening.

The whimper will be the show of force with semi auto carbines,tear gas etc now funded and trained and on the mauna in case.
