Why no access for those isolated by flow?

Why do you think I am sticking it to my neighbors? We are all working on this together.A dirt road for access would be nice but Harry says we have to wait until April.

What everyone is working for is trying to get some money out of the Fed's but if you read Lisa's post you can see that is along drawn out process.Long term we expect the roads to be rebuilt like original.This isn't like Kalapana where the flow lingered for years.It has been here and now it's pau.

We have a water association that built a 1 mile long 6 inch ductile iron water main complete with fire hydrants.We hooked it up to the county water system and then gave that water line to the county for their promise to supply water and maintain that water line.
We want out water line hooked back up and we want water.
