It's all public record and the last entry looks like they no longer want a trial.It was a motion for withdrawal of plaintiffs motion for trial setting.

It looks like they were hanging their whole case on the fact that Robert's Rules weren't followed.Maybe Kahunascott can explain.I think most of the people named in the suit are long gone.

Maybe you can't read, #178 for trial setting had to be moved.
#179 is the new trial setting date for this summer. The law suit is moving to trial this year.
