Here is how I see the advantages of the decriminalization bill headed to the Hawaii State Senate:
Present Laws - Marijuana smoker is arrested and given free food and lodging in jail.
Proposed Law - Marijuana smoker would have to pay a fine. No free lunch (dinner & breakfast).
The proposed law will encourage a work ethic in marijuana smokers.
