impossible to maintain fleet vehicles
"Theoretically" it should be easier (theorems as comedy shtick). Fleet cars are generally the same model. If one gets wrecked or damaged you have a parts car. Some of the subsidized police vehicles I see on the road are not standard option pick-one-out-of-the-dealers-lot-today models. Parts can't always be a same day commodity.
(Off topic - - I saw my first Tesla in Hilo Monday - - the entire roof was tinted glass. That ain't no moon roof, that's a sky roof.)
