they leave their trash everywhere they go
I didn't realize this behavior was specific to people from California. There must be lots of them up here, because we're getting piles of trash next to the burned out cars along our roads...
The truth is there are good and bad types of people everywhere you go. Do all the people in Silicon Valley deserve a disaster? Hell no! I felt those were some harsh words by Tink. Labeling and generalizing.
And as Kalakoa said there are plenty of those trashy types here. "only rubbish people dump their rubbish everywhere"
Unfortunately I see it as mainly a problem of the youth. They haven't had the hard lessons yet in life to learn the value of the aina and not to disrespect it.
