UFO sightings on the rise

Chances are very high we are either living in a simulation or that some dangerous technology inevitably wipes out intelligent life before it can spread and be detected by other intelligent life. Otherwise, why wouldn't we be able to detect other life by now?

If there were UFOs, we'd be able to see them the best here in Puna. I see satellites and shooting stars all the time, why not aliens?
