OHA has focused a great deal of time and effort recently beyond the bounds and scope of their organization. In the meantime recent allegations show they’ve ignored their own rules, and have spent a great deal of money on personal expenditures from funds meant for the Hawaiian people.
Perhaps they intentionally created multiple distractions, so people wouldn’t notice their five finger discounts, their sleight of hand? Like a bad magic show?
