When will the feckless, gutless Ige figure out that he should use his emergency powers to close Saddle Road indefinitely, only allowing people to leave? At some point the lawbreakers would run out of provisions and head for the comforts of home, leaving only a few hardcore individuals seeking martyrdom. Having taken tear gas and the National Guard off his list of resources, Ige really doesn't have much else left besides the "starve them out" option.
