I heard the new directors are all new people and are legit. Only thing is three people managing HPP won't concede. They hold the purse strings. That is the crux of it all. This whole thing looks like it was planned by the five directors that resigned. At least in Orchidland, the board held the purse strings. Who's signing the checks?
