The lighthouse road has separate issues because it was o private property, The landowner doesn't want to allow a free for all down there.There are many AHU and burial sites down there.
Harry was going to abandon all of that area served by 137. The county waited to long and there is zero money.

There are plenty of people who want to go back because that land is all they have left.
