Council losing patience with lava "recovery"
#18
Obie - The lighthouse road has separate issues because it was on private property, The landowner doesn't want to allow a free for all down there.

qpublic plats the first mile of Lighthouse Rd, where the lava is, the same as 132/137/Beach Rd. So that part does not appear to be private land, but of course, if the desires of a land-owner down the road saves the county some money, they've got to listen and abide.

Harry was going to abandon all of that area served by 137. The county waited to long and there is zero money.

Oh, your desires are going to cost money? Sorry, didn't hear you before, no can now. Pretty conveniently selective hearing. Of course it's not Harry's choice - does the SBA give loans for pursuing a lawsuit?
