Conspiracy theory time: Protesters construct an unpermitted building "for the children" knowing it's illegal -> Knowing this will cause some consternation for the state, they then say they've heard rumors of law enforcement activity in the next 30 days -> DHHL remove the structure and protesters say they were correct and look what the state is doing to our poor children.
