Now, finally, onto Frank's next piece of misinformation:

"[...] coupled with $430 million in research moneys taken in from telescopes alone for the University of Hawaii last year."

This was responded to early in the thread. It's a completely false claim with no basis in fact, but Frank hasn't addressed this and instead has attempted to deflect the discussion to other issues. I'm now asking Frank to either back up his statement about $430 million taken from the telescopes last year or simply apologize for posting something that isn't true.
