The County is providing construction equipment and building materials for the protestors to move their illegal structures.

* Is this service available for Puna residents who have homes in areas designated off limits by The County, like intact homes not accessible due to the lava flow? Or Puna residents living in unpermitted structures when they are asked to vacate?
* Does construction equipment on Mauna Kea in a place of refuge (first recognized by the protestors in 2019) desecrate the refuge?
