Contractor integrity
#6
Hi folks,

I’m hesitant to debate the issue with the contractor in this forum because it is generally counterproductive and I have so many other priorities to tend to. I may make this person pay via a formal small claim case or by taking my future business elsewhere and avoiding recommending him.

My intention is to educate (ok... I wanted to vent as well). The point is that not paying attention to detail can be costly.

Let me reiterate that the issue for me is purely related to the way the overpayment (due to error in calculation) issue was handled. The good service ended after I handed over the payment.

Aloha.

Noel
