Thanks for the insight to your posting, I think thats a good thing to always be checking for everything before any final payments.....I thought also that paying for these type of projects are better on an hourly basis vs per project. If your not personally on site to monitor progress than it is more imparative to check everything afterwards prior to final payment and review all the documentation/invoicing....that old adage that once you have made a final payment its always harder to get someone on site for free to make any corrections - sorry that you had a bad experience and your posting to warn others is commendable so we can learn from each others mistake which this building forum is all about.
