Something to consider:
What might be the costs, from a personal healthcare perspective, of the coronavirus if it makes landfall and spreads around the island before there's a vaccine? Who picks up the tab if there are tests? Who pays for mandatory quarantine? I believe the CDC is picking up the cost of the tests themselves, but what of all the other costs? Does our for-profit healthcare system present a challenge that is untenable in a situation like this?
