Virgina (next to WV) has 67 cases, Ohio has 50... Big Island is separated by water from any case... it has Zero (0) cases, zero is a low number too...
OWhyhee island is as big as the SF Bay Area (6 counties of 7 million, all closed down now)...
OWhyhee is 4,028 rural Sq rural miles...
ie 49peeps / sq mile on BI ... 12 traffic lights in all of Puna's 500 sq miles, w/800 alone in city of Honoruru... add 33 more peeps per BI peep for Oahu's 597 sq miles... iow 1600/sq mile + tourists... w/ BI having 49
