The Big Island needs to make a major push for retirement communities with advanced medical care. Retirees bring their savings and steady retirement income. They would create jobs in construction, food, entertainment, housekeeping, elder care, and medicine. These are things we could all benefit from, particularly having more medical professionals on island.
