Hi Barbara, They say they will be there. I got this RSVP from Larry Brown:

"Brad and I will be at your meeting on Saturday to answer questions about the GP, Zoning Code and Subdivision Code. Although the County does not have any specific plans for the acquired lands mauka of Pahoa Town we will be happy to answer questions from the group. "
