A couple clarifications on what you posted. While we do not YET know whether or not a person who receives the mRNA vaccines will still be able to transmit the virus, scientists expect that they will not be able to transmit it. There hasn’t been enough time for studies to measure this. Your example of HIV positive people is misleading. People with HIV who are taking retroviral drugs and whose levels of virus are undetectable (which is almost everyone on the latest drugs) have been shown to be incapable of transmitting the virus. https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world...90286.html
There may be people who have HIV and show no symptoms and are not taking retroviral drugs who can still transmit the virus however.
