Not to pick nits, but is that $2500 just the "delivery" or a full "install" including piers and leveling?

Two of these and a set of trusses ... instant house, hmm?

$2500 includes delivery and "installation" whatever that means:

"Thank you for your interest in our pre-built sheds. The base price is $10,000, with transport and installation contracted separately. The quote for that part can be up to $2,500 depending on location of parcel and site conditions.

The shed itself is 10x20, does not need a permit. No electrical or plumbing provided.  Attached in this email are the exterior and interior photos including floor construction."
