I ALSO EXPLAINED, the large scale clinic areas have poor upload/download abilities for clinics that have hundreds to thousands of participants.... Imagine if we required the online form & then there was a computer outage....
My question to all who have had to fill out the form & then copy it... did it take you that long that you are suffering?
By doing the form online, you help in the clinic planning
By printing the form & bringing it you help save time in line, rather than filling it out at the clinic & having to have someone ELSE fill out the info online after the clinic...
Is this really so hard that you folks cannot do it???
Again, these are complaints we did not get with the 1b folks ... they complied, the folks added in the last 2 weeks complain... (this is not just older folks, thousands of folks have gone through the clinics & not called & not complained... the last 2 weeks, complaints!)
Carey - there was no way to print out the online form. I tried but there was no option to do that; there was never a final form you could print. I would have loved to have just given my ID, told them I filled out the form online, here's the appointment on my phone, have it scanned, but NO, that is not how it worked. No seating, a long walk, I'm told to fill out the form AGAIN while all the time my back is screaming for me to sit down and end the pain, and then I get told to join the end of a very long line. And if the online form was used for planning, then *WHY DID WE HAVE TO FILL IT OUT AGAIN?*
And for the extra time I had to stand because I had to wait in line to fill in the form once again, yes, I'm suffering. My back is now worse than ever since that POD and have had to take time off work. I understand most people do not understand how certain back injuries make it almost impossible to stand or walk more than a couple of hundred yards. In my younger days I thought the same way. No longer.
Also, I'm a 1b person and I'm complaining, so have many other 1b people including those who were given appointments on Oahu despite the fact they live in Hilo. We're not stupid people. We complied with the instructions. I've tried both calling and emailing and nothing worked, no responses to anything. If my experience is similar to others, then I can understand why some might say there have been no complaints - it's because there's no-one to complain to, or if there is, they won't listen and respond.
