The most important thing we can do with Puna is farm:

- Personal savings of transplants $
- Taxes from anyone that dares to work/invest $
- Federal EBT/Medicaid/Medicare/SS $$
- Federal infrastructure $$
- Federal disaster relief $$

Doesn't seem like that does enough to farm the more regressive taxes, like the GET.
