Hi Glen, lucky for us Hazen posted the recipe in the punatic party thread. I will repost here.

I also like to add a little salt to the actual margarita, it makes it go down like you need it. It's hard to over sugar, or over juice. If you want to jazz stuff up add a dash of Grand Marnier or Cointreau to the glass. Triple sec and Blue Curacao are crap these days, only sugar and a slight orange flavor, don't waste your money. Though electric blue margaritas look good at a tiki party."
