Yeah, don't worry.  I won't be going to the ER for covid.  I've made my bed and I intend to lay in it.

BTW, Hawaii has never had decent or even dependable healthcare.  Those with pressing medical issues should have moved years ago.

Covid is not a “pressing medical issue.” It’s an acute disease previously unknown before 2020 that requires brief care in the form of O2, possibly drugs or intubation.  Hard to screw that up.
