Years ago a KTA was proposed for part of the property. If I remember correctly it’s a 3 acre site?

Three conjoined OLE 1-acre lots. It is "entirely possible" that the KTA was not a "sincere" proposal, but a strawman designed to elicit reaction from County. If I recall correctly, this was before Puna Kai actually broke ground.
