Russel rudeman and neighbor have blocked access with our quads and or mules and horses past his HUGE mansion

I always jumped a free ride on the sugar cane train from HPP to Hilo until Russel pulled up all the tracks on Railroad and blocked access. I think he framed his gigantic mansion with the ties.
