If a surgeon didn't wash hands and wear gloves, you'd blame him for malpractice, not the secret lab that created the E. Coli you got sick from.

Huh? So because everyone in Hawaii wears masks as they were told you are blaming them for what? Is the problem that they didn’t wear gloves? Whats the secret?

No, we wore masks and have the lowest death rate per capita in the country. But the states that had the least restrictions have some of the highest death rates per capita. I blame the excess deaths on their failure to protect their fellow citizens.

So despite the infection rates matching population regardless of lockdown measures. You are attributing covid infection outcomes including death to wearing or not wearing clothe masks? Ignoring all the other complications that can lead to covid deaths as well as the states that did lockdown heavily with high deaths and contradict your theory.  I believe your logic is both flawed and reductive. But you are free to believe what you want to. I’m going to go with deaths resulting mostly from elderly, obese populations and other possible factors.
