I'm imagining a massive pileup on highway 11 during heavy rain. Bodies have flown through car windows onto the pavement, people are dead, the scene is a mess. Finally it stops pouring and the survivors unbuckle their seatbelts and celebrate the fact that they survived. Then a strange troll like creature jumps out of a nearby short bus, exclaiming "Seeeeee? Seatbelts don't work! Look how happy they are to take off their seatbelts!"
