Is it an autonomous car?
It’s more like semi-autonomous. On roads with clearly painted lines, center and side, it perfectly stayed dead center in the lane, even on sharp curves. Didn’t work well with only the center line. I held my hands about a 1/2 inch over the wheel so could grab it in an instant if necessary. It has some accident avoidance features so if I try and change lanes and don’t see a car in my blind spot an alarm will sound and the steering will pull me back into my lane. If someone is about to cut me off the steering will engage to avoid them. I can override the automatic steering with my hands-on steering.
