I am taking Spectrum to court, and I was wondering if anyone else has experienced the horrendous billing theft that I have. I signed up for a Spectrum bundle (phone/Inernet/TV/sports package) back in 2018. I agreed to a monthly bill of $154 to be auto debited from my bank account. Within a few months, the bill was $157 a month. Then $162, $168, $174. This has continued for almost 5 years where each month my Spectrum bill is a few dollars more. This month's bill is $230. In the last five years, I have never added services or bought any products, yet the detailed billing description shows that my "Bundled Services" consistently increases every month.
Has anybody else had similar experiences? If so, what did you do about it? I appreciate your input. BTW, I've lived in the same house in HPP for 12 years.
