And your video is complete lackluster in real engineering (because spin launch is conveniently  quiet "under patent applicaiton") and more of a paid infomercial.
Its ok Tom, they will go through 3 or so rounds of VC funding and never launch a payload to orbit. 3 rounds of VC that the island wont see one dime of.

I have no idea what you are talking about. Does real engineering need to be full of luster? How are the videos I linked infomercials, and how is "under patent applicaiton" relevant? You've made a claim that the scientists and engineers working for SpinLaunch know nothing beyond high-school physics yet you won't explain how that can possibly be true.

And if the island never sees a dime from SpinLaunch, it's nothing to do with the company, it will be due to the attitude of a small group of people here who want progress stopped and not allow new opportunities for Big Island folk at a time when they are desperately needed.
