Cannabis seeds for sale on the side of highway 130

Souvenirs to get arrested for by TSA.  Anyone check on the price of these seeds?

According to social media posts they are $40 for 25 seeds of some potent hybrid strain, but each pack apparently contains more than 25 so it's about a $1 each.

"It's probably CBD/hemp seeds. Smells like pot, looks like pot....but no THC."

The 2018 Farm Bill ended the federal prohibition on any hemp products containing 0.3% or less THC.  Both "hemp" and "pot" seeds contain 0% THC so the bill inadvertantly legalized all cannabis seeds, leaving it up to the states how they want to regulate them.  I don't know what the Hawaii laws are.  The bill also effectively legalized pot brownies, gummies, etc.  0.3% in dried flower won't get a person "high" if they smoke it, but eating 0.3% in a 6 gram gummy bear would be a potent experience.
