I agree with the others, "#1" is very misleading. It could be #1 in $ figures ("that huge sale really helped, huh?"
or #1 in number of total transactions (with lots of low $ sales.) It can be #1 in land or #1 in houses. "East side?!" Pretty huge. You certainly would be better off with a "local expert" who knows your area inside out. BTW, as far as good real estate agents go, the #1 is the client and not themselves.
