Thank you for all the suggestions.  I've been calling everyone and everywhere for days and they either don't answer, don't call me back or, most often, can't help me.  I will sign up for the petfix program when it opens up again.  In the meantime, I'm going to buy a trap and start taking them to Seeske and hope and pray no one gets pregnant before I can catch them.  They're so wild.  Aloha.
