Just my $.02 from what I read elsewhere...apparently this poor woman is a well-known local homeless person around Hilo, and is mentally and physically disabled. What sickens me most about this is that this somehow suggests that she may well have been sexually assaulted 9 months ago and is not possessed of the mental capacity to even know what had happened to her, or that she was pregnant, and so that is what caused the horrid situation.
And that just horrifies me.
