using an assault rifle while dealing methamphetamine and heroin
#8
A clickbait disservice to journalism, but what would one expect?

Reality,
- In 2008, Lopez was convicted in California for felony drug dealing. In 2021 he was convicted of possessing ammunition.
- he is a “Mexican national and had crossed into the United States without proper documentation near the Sonora desert area in Arizona,”
- Lopez allegedly admitted “he did not have permission from the United States government to re-enter the United States after his most recent removal in 2022
- The type of weapon in this instance is not relevant. Any firearms possession for this multiple felony convicted illegal alien is a no-go.
The Colt AR15 is irrelevant and only mentioned for dramatic effect on the ill-informed. The CAR15 is not an Assault Rifle, and there is no such classification for the made-up term "Assault weapon."

If we cannot clearly call out the cause for the true failure in the system and why it exists, then we are doomed.
