To be objectively honest, first, I must say I did not nor will not watch whatever FOX News is reporting about the show, but secondly, I'll say this about the show:
She presented herself well. Very articulate, with a smooth and calm delivery. Bill did play a very mild game several times of trying to "gotcha" with various questions about Trump and the GOP with her, especially pointing out that she has twice sworn the oath to the Constitution, once for her Congressional Office and secondly with the Military. Bill was very complementary of her service but did keep asking several times as to how she can twice pledge an oath to the Constitution but then support a guy who has still not conceded the election. Bill, even going out of his way to dismiss what happened on January 6th, as well as his "find me 11,000 votes" phone call, to just the simple fact that he never once has conceded his loss - with Bill pointing out that the peaceful transfer of power is the primary cornerstone of the Constitution, as well as going down the list of every past POTUS Candidate who lost and their concession speeches, going back to Nixon. Tulsi remained calm, repeated the GOP Power Point Talking Points Slides with sheer perfection, but, well, let me say it this way, she would NEVER be a good poker player able to bluff anyone. Whatever she said, her face was telling everyone the complete opposite story. Like watching how a kidnap victim's face on the ransom video call extolling how wrong YOU are while praising her captors would look. It was kind of humorous yet sad.
To be further brutally honest, the other guest was Chris Matthews. In my opinion, he seemed a bit out of it.
