I’m thinking that the biggest antithesis to Aloha is NOT paying people for the work performed, on time and correctly.
Yes, I can understand an error here or there, but to miss the payroll of 377 employees is inexcusable under any circumstance.
As well as downright insulting to the employees. In as much as I personally feel that this entire issue is the cause of a top heavy management bureaucracy and yes, in most cases, other means were taken to get these teachers paid, but still, at the end of the day, this is completely inexcusable under any sense whatsoever.
And those who think this is clickbait, or any other way of making this a non issue, really don’t have much Aloha to begin with nor understand what the true meaning of Aloha really is.
And I’d love to extend a big “Aloha” welcome to our new moderator! I’m sure that Rob will ensure that you are paid properly and, more importantly, on time, every time!
