Screened in Lanai

Oops. Should I have posted this to the general forum since I'm not building a home. I just wanted advice on screening in the lanai (upstairs decks)of a home I'm going to be renting. The owner and my friend says I'm welcome to screen this in for our cats, but I'm not sure how to do it - and on a budget. So I searched the forum and saw Leilani Guy's post and didn't realize I was in the building forum. I guess after we're there it will be
easier to figure out.
