Excellent point Sir! Yes, it looks like the noose is tightening around owners of AG lots who have been receiving favorable tax treatment without actually "deserving" it. There are ag regions on the mainland with really strict and enforced rules like it has to be 100% fenced, you have to prove profitability in so many years, etc, etc.
My point was just that two families with smaller homes on one HPP lot could go to work and scratch out a living and while that's not for everyone, it's a kinda beautiful thing. Those are the neighbors that I love the most. Show me a fruit/veggie stand in HPP and I bet you I have supported it. Some are amazing. HPP could truly be a Paradise and it may become one yet.
