Hawaii’s motorists are worst in the U.S., survey says

I find this difficult to believe, at least on this island. I find that drivers doing ten miles an hour below the speed limit in a passing lane to be the biggest problem. Drivers are more courteous here, letting merging traffic in, allowing difficult left turns to have the right of way, no blasting of horns, no middle finger salutes. I commuted in LA for many years and it was rare to drive anywhere and not have someone try to kill you.
Certainty will be the death of us.
