From Mr. O:
"That court filing is old news.
The Watamull Corp filed a stipulation that everything had to be reset and the trial should be cancelled.
The judge cancelled all of the hearings and the trial.
It will be 2026 before it goes to trial."
Aloha Mr. O,
The Watumull's answer is not old news. It was filed October 25, 2024, along with the motion to "Vacate," which the Watumull lawyers did because the HPPOA lawyers waited 7 months to bring the Watumull's into the lawsuit (guess HPPOA couldn't make up their mind?). So now, of course, a year later, the Watumull lawyers are going to want time to catch up- don't think they fool around.
Interesting that you feel the HPPOA lawsuit will not go to court until 2026. Wishful thinking?
