That person was told they had no objection but they didn't have the time to deal with it.
That person is also listed as a witness for HPPOA in the ongoing court case.
You are just being a troublemaker and spewing your drama. Give it a rest.
It's interesting that you have all of these documents that are missing from the HPPOA files but maybe that will be another court case.

Aloha Mr. O,
Is she a "witness" or is she just someone HPPOA wishes to use to "clarify?" And will that clarification really be what HPPOA wants? Because, given the info I have shared, it does not look as though the Watumull's stated they had "no objection." What it appears to say is that it was discussed that David Watumull wanted the properties used for schools, parks, and recreation. It also appears that HPPOA was told that they needed to speak with the Watumull atrorneys (you know, "play out" the legal process and all). Unfortunately, the process (to do it correctly, actually see what the Watumull's were WILLING to agree to) was not just about taking time, but also involved money that HPPOA did not want to spend (more facts).
As for documents that are missing from HPPOA files? I seriously doubt I have/had (I passed them on to others) anything that HPPOA cannot find/research if they and their numerous attorneys did not put MORE time, effort, and MONEY into doing so. I offered to help them numerous times- no takers, only ridicule and attempts to discredit me.
AND regarding "another lawsuit?" I have already been threatened once. HPPOA paid a lot of good money to have their lawyer draft up a letter stating how I needed to keep all of my info, so they could, in future, MAYBE subpoena me for it. Well too late. I already shared it elsewhere.
So, what will HPPOA try to intimidate me with this time? A lawsuit for sharing the truth?
