I contacted the lawyer? Please show me WHERE I contacted the lawyer. And if I did, which I do not  recall doing, how would YOU know that?

That letter from Oda was totally intimidation.

An excerpt from my ANSWER to Barron Oda. Not that I have any obligation to share it with you. But then, maybe you already know about it?

"I am not, have never been employed by HPPOA, am not a party named in the lawsuit, even though you quite, unprofessionally, threw out my name and your opinion as to what I "support" in your motion, and as I have never been subpoenaed or served, I had/have no obligation to you or your clients to maintain or provide you with anything. I was and have always remained, a free agent, who was/is exercising my first amendment right- unless HPPOA feels they can change that law."
