M2 has effectively facilitated my decision to file a legal action against them.
I initially removed the post due to its inclusion of a defamatory claim. However, since M2 has chosen to repost it, they should now anticipate the need to defend their position in court.
I provided M2 with two options: either substantiate their defamatory accusation with evidence or remove thier defamatory notation within my post and issue an apology.
By reposting the post I deleted to remove the defamatory note, M2 has opted to pursue the defamatory course of action.
